Royal Mail ships our orders on their 3-5 day delivery service.                              

Delivery charges are as follows:

0.00kg - 0.50kg = £3.95                                                                                  

0.50kg - 1.50kg = £4.95

1.50kg - 2.00kg = £5.31

2.00kg onwards = £5.31

Free delivery on orders over £50.00

We do not ship outside of the UK.

RETURNS POLICY

At Great Pets we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, however we realise that from time to time someone will want to return an item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund. If the product is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, we will pay the postage costs to return the item and sending the replacement to you. All we ask is that you return the items in a saleable condition with all of its packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning an item and would like a replacement item (i.e. a different size or colour) please return the item with a cheque, or permission to charge your card, to cover any difference in cost, plus postage and packaging of £3 for the new item to sent. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Great Pets reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

Great Pets have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Great Pets will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the website.

Nothing within this agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Great Pets or it's employees or agents.

COPYRIGHT

All intellectual property of Great Pets such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the website remain the property of Great Pets.

By using the website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Great Pets and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the websites.

MAKING A CONTRACT WITH GREAT PETS/PETSBITS

By ordering from Great Pets you agree to register using your correct name, address and any other requested details. You will be asked to enter credit, debit or other banking account details. You must ensure that (1) you are fully entitled to use that bank account at the time when you provided them to Great Pets, and (2) the account has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us. If any of the information you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded, then please notify us with the correct information immediately. To register for Great Pets services, you must legally be able to enter into contracts for goods and services that you may buy here.

CORRECTIONS

Descriptions of goods and any services included in the Great Pets website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. Colours and appearance of images may vary slightly from the way they appear on the computer screen.

TAX AND DUTIES

Great Pets currently operate below the VAT threshold in the UK, therefore we don not charge VAT on the goods that we sell. If you want your goods delivered outside the European Union, you will automatically be responsible for paying any applicable duties.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Great Pets website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
